• Where do you deliver to?

At Launch we will be delivering only within the city of Vancouver.

  • What is the customer service contact?

Order specific questions such as delivery instructions or issues can be emailed to sales@windsorqualitymeats.com Please include your order number for faster service.

  • What is the online store return policy?
All sales will be final. Yet if there is a quality issue we will happily replace the product.
 
  • I’m not home to receive the order, what should I do?
Let us know any delivery instructions you have in the notes while placing your order. Leave a cooler out with lots of ice packs and we will load it up.
 
If we don’t have plan in place we will try again on the next delivery.
 
If we can’t connect on that second try, we will keep the product and issue a store credit for later use.
  • May I pick up in-store?
Yes! We will have the orders ready for pick in a few days after being received it the same preparation as if it was going to be delivered.
 
We will let you know when its ready to be picked up and be held for 1 week.
 
If we can’t connect after 1 week, we will keep the product and issue a store credit for later use.
 

We are going to learn lots from this and your questions and feed back are super important.
