Q: Is all your meat grass fed?
Many animals can eat grass but not all should to be happy and healthy. We carry a variety of grass fed beef, lamb, and Bison
Chickens and pigs prefer to eat what’s underneath the grass.
Q: what’s a good portion size per person?
For boneless protein a half pound is a good to place to start. For big eaters a little more 3/4-1 lbs would keep everyone happy.
For bone in protein we would recommend a pound per person is good 1.5 lbs/ person if you want left overs.
