Our spit grills are large enough to handle a whole pork or small side of beef. (Ask us for measurements). Whether you’re going for a southern rotisserie pork style or lechon we’ve got you covered.
Cooking a pork roast on a rotisserie is surprisingly easy once you’ve got the spit grill setup. All it takes is sliding the skewer through the pork and making sure that the forks are inserted deep into the roast and tightened, so the whole shoulder turns with the spit.
Our spits are motorized so you can enjoy your party without having to worry about spinning the pork. Just plug it into any wall outlet and you’re ready to go.
Besides pork and beef roasts, one of our favorite things to spit roast is a large leg of lamb. For reference a suckling pig is approximately 45-55lbs.
