Another specialty popular among meat lovers at Windsor is our dry aged beef. We dry age our steaks, ribs and sirloin from 28 days and up. We can even extend the aging process to your desire for custome orders.
Windsor Meats welcome and are happy to do custom work for our clients. We can custom order game meat like elk, venison, ostrich, goose and other exotic products. Additionally, we can custom cut meat to suit your particular recipe or event.
Our numerous sausages like chorizo, lamb, Italian and Guiness are made in house by our sausage maker and we even do custom orders for restaurants.
Our kitchen produces prepared items like marinated kebabs, fish burgers and duck confit. We do all the prep work so all you need to do is apply heat to finish the cooking.
